I am trying to come up with new and exciting things to bring to work for lunch. I went looking through my fridge and cupboards and found some pita breads. So I made myself a chicken pesto artichoke pita.
1 tablespoon pesto sauce
1/2 cup chicken, sliced
2-3 artichoke hearts
2 tablespoon feta cheese
1/2-1 pita bread
1. Cut pita in half and separate it (like a pocket).
2. Add pesto to both insides of the pita.
3. Add chicken, artichokes and feta cheese inside pita.
...and thats all there is to it!
